Falling is one of the major causes of injury to older adults. Fraser Health asked us to develop a campaign to help reduce the incidence of falls in seniors. We learned that staying physically active is one of the best ways to reduce falls. Since most people (of any age) aren’t fond of “exercise,” we wanted to let people know that staying active didn’t necessarily mean that they had to go to an exercise class or start jogging!
We used posters like this one to let people know that simply going out to buy groceries or working in the yard were physical activities that helped to reduce falls.
Our ad concept for re-launching Re: Messaging Solutions – a telephone answering service – under a new brand, was to convey that a professional answering service was a cost effective way to give a small business a good image. Click here to listen to one of the radio ads we scripted.
